I joined SFBBC in January right after it opened and I love it! The facility is really nice and the workouts with Tara and Ashley are amazing. The classes are small and personalized so it's like having a coach, trainer and cheerleader all in one! Please give them a try- I promise you won't be disappointed.

This place is AMAZING! Tara always keeps me pushing harder every day I come in. She knows my limits but always drives me to go beyond that line. You gotta come here if you don't feel comfortable in regular gyms and feel out of place with normal training facilities. These guys make you feel right at home AND keep you motivated to get the results YOU are looking for. You'll find me here often, and I cannot wait to see more of you come in.
